Job summary

Mindful Support Services is seeking an Account Relationship Specialist to guide providers through onboarding and launch milestones, coaching them from clinician to business owner. You’ll create sustainable business plans, monitor progress, and coordinate with Credentialing, Compliance, Billing, and Operations to ensure readiness.

You will lead post-launch discussions on practice performance, client retention, scheduling habits, and documentation, helping providers achieve long-term success

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Psychology, Communications, Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred.
• 2+ years building and managing professional relationships in client-focused roles.
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Guide providers through onboarding and launch milestones.
• Coach providers through transition from clinician to business owner.
• Create sustainable business plans, establish timelines, and monitor onboarding progress.
• Support onboarding activities including credentialing, compliance, and documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to drive provider readiness and success.
• Lead weekly post-launch consultations addressing practice challenges and performance.
