Qualifications

• Experience as a Service Representative preferred.
• Ability to obtain a 440 or 220 P&C license within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate onboarding of new agency partners.

• Swiftly address and resolve agency service requests.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes.
• Provide training sessions for agents.
