The ideal candidate is licensed in Illinois for P&C and life, highly motivated, with leadership experience and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed in Illinois for property, casualty and life.
• Will obtain health license upon hire.
• Highly self-motivated.
• Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Prior insurance, business, sales and/or customer service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day activities within the agency office.
• Support team members through coaching and coordination of workflow.
• Contribute to marketing initiatives and outreach within the community.
• Track and analyze business metrics to achieve goals and support growth objectives.
• Ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.
