The Atlantic District in Waldorf, Maryland is seeking an Agency Manager to lead and grow our local office. You will guide the sales team, refine client experience, and ensure exceptional service across the region.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of experience managing high-performing sales teams within the insurance sector.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of our Waldorf office, ensuring a welcoming and productive environment for all staff.
• Recruit, train, and support a talented group of insurance producers to help them reach their full potential.
• Develop and implement sales strategies that align with our long-term vision and commitment to the local community.
• Analyze performance metrics to identify trends and adjust our outreach efforts accordingly.
• Foster a culture of collaboration where every team member feels supported and encouraged to grow.

• Active Maryland Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses.

• Deep understanding of the local Maryland insurance market landscape.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide individual sales producers.
• Experience with agency management systems and data-driven performance tracking.
