• Active Maryland Life and Health Insurance License.
• Proven track record of success in insurance sales or agency leadership.
• Deep understanding of the Maryland insurance market landscape.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and guide a team of producers.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Exceptional public speaking and interpersonal communication abilities.
• Comfort working in an office environment in Gaithersburg.

Responsibilities
