The Atlantic District in Northumberland, PA is seeking an Agency Manager to lead our local office, align team efforts with strategic goals, and ensure exceptional service for clients.

You will mentor agents, coach sales talent, oversee daily operations, and analyze performance data to grow market share while building strong ties with local business leaders.

Qualifications

• PA Property & Casualty license required.
• Demonstrated history of leading or managing a high-performing insurance sales team.
• Deep knowledge of personal and commercial lines coverage.
• Comfort with modern agency management systems and digital lead tracking.
• Natural ability to coach, mentor, and elevate performance.
• Strong organizational and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead our Northumberland office by setting clear, achievable goals and maintaining a supportive, focused energy for the entire team.
• Train and mentor new agents, helping them hone their sales techniques and master our product offerings.
• Oversee daily operations to ensure our clients receive consistent, high-quality attention at every touchpoint.
• Analyze our sales data to identify trends and create strategies that expand our market presence in the local area.
• Cultivate meaningful relationships with local business owners and community leaders to grow our network.
• Handle complex escalated client questions, turning potential concerns into opportunities to demonstrate our value.
