The Atlantic District, based in Greensburg, Pennsylvania, is seeking an experienced Agency Manager to lead and mentor a team of insurance agents. This role focuses on growing sales, ensuring compliance, and building local community relationships.

You will oversee daily operations, set branch targets, and guide a high-performing team to deliver exceptional service. A passion for mentorship and a proven track record in growth are essential.

Qualifications

• Valid Pennsylvania Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses.
• Three or more years of experience managing high-performing sales teams.
• Proven history of meeting or exceeding growth targets.
• Deep understanding of insurance products and local market dynamics.
• Exceptional coaching and mentorship abilities.
• Strong organizational skills for managing agency operations and team development.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of our Greensburg office to ensure high levels of service and efficiency.
• Mentor and guide a team of insurance agents, helping them hone their sales skills and reach their career goals.
• Set and track ambitious yet achievable sales objectives for the branch.
• Build and maintain relationships with local community members and business leaders to expand our reach.
• Review team performance regularly, offering constructive feedback and encouragement to keep spirits high.
• Ensure all insurance policies and sales processes strictly follow state regulations and internal company guidelines.
