The Atlantic District is seeking an Agency Manager to lead daily operations in Erie, PA. You will mentor sales staff, drive performance across insurance product lines, and implement strategies to deepen our footprint in the Erie community.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of leadership in insurance operations, a current P&C or Life/Health license, and strong knowledge of agency management software and digital sales channels. This role offers growth and comprehensive benefits.

• Proven history of coaching others to reach their professional potential.
