Job summary

Farmers Group Inc. is seeking an Agency Development Specialist for the Southeast Region. The role supports centralized agency development processes, validates eligibility, handles document validation, and coordinates packet submissions to enable onboarding and program enrollment.

You will work with candidates, field leaders, and partners, handling reporting, training, and project tasks. The position involves remote or hybrid work arrangements across listed states.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Three years' experience in sales, recruiting, project management, and/or agency or customer-facing positions.
• Experience in recruiting, distribution models, and/or the insurance industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supports and administers agency development processes, such as packet submissions, document validation, system access requests and navigation, and other administrative tasks.
• Reports on trends, results, tactics, and other aspects via presentations, spreadsheets, and communications.
• Collaborates on projects, shares best practices, and mentors peers to improve efficiency and candidate experiences.
