Farmers Insurance seeks an Agency Development Specialist to support centralized agency development, verification of eligibility, document validation, and onboarding tasks. You will work with candidates, field leaders, and partners, handling reporting, training, and project participation.

Qualifications

• Three years experience in sales, recruiting, project management, and/or agency or customer facing positions.
• Experience in recruiting, distribution models, and/or the insurance industry preferred.
• Education as stated above governs candidate eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Supports and administers agency development processes, such as packet submissions and document validation; maintains records.
• Provides updates on trends, results, and activities via reports, presentations, and communications; collaborates with leaders and partners.
• Participates in projects and training, improving processes and efficiency for candidates and field leaders.
