Job summary

Sola Technologies Inc. is hiring an Account Manager to own a book of active independent agency partners and grow what they write with Sola. You will be the primary contact for your agencies and keep Sola integral to their daily sales conversations.

You are a proactive problem-solver who has managed accounts and focuses on retention and expansion, rather than a pure support or hunt role. This role requires in-office collaboration from West Midtown, Atlanta, GA five days a week.

Qualifications

• Experience owning a book of accounts or partners in account management, customer success, or a partner-facing role.
• Proven retention and growth results with numbers.
• Strong CRM habits and data-driven prioritization.
• Clear, warm communication with business owners on phone, email, and in person.

Responsibilities

• Own a defined book of active independent agency partners and track retention.
• Drive growth in quotes and policies written across your book.
• Conduct regular check-ins, reviews, and agency visits.
• Train agents on Sola's product, tools, and processes.
• Resolve escalations quickly with underwriting, claims, and product teams.
• Provide agency feedback to product and leadership.
