Sola is seeking an Associate Account Manager in Atlanta to handle day-to-day service requests for agents and policyholders with speed, accuracy, and kindness. You’ll learn how policies, endorsements, and claims work while supporting Account Managers and collaborating with claims and insurance teams.

You’ll be one year or two out of school, coming from high-volume roles such as SDR, inside sales, or customer service, with a track record of meeting daily targets and staying organized under

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1–2 years in a high-volume sales or service role (SDR/Inside sales/customer service).
• Care for accuracy to ensure tasks are done right the first time.
• Clear, warm, professional communication on phone and email.
• Willingness to learn and grow into an Account Manager role.

Responsabilidades

• Own day-to-day service requests for agents and policyholders.
• Update mailing addresses and upload claims documents into the portal.
• Ensure requests are handled accurately, quickly, and politely.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date account records in systems.
• Build toward owning a set of agent relationships over time.
