You will build and scale systems that bring more agents onto Sola, drive quoting and selling, and convert activity into revenue. This role requires deep analytical thinking, relentless experimentation, and hands-on leadership.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and growth mindset.
• Proven track record owning a full funnel at a high-growth startup, including monetization.
• Highly experiments-driven, and able to explain the why behind both wins and failures
• AI-native, using tools like Cursor, Claude or Codex to build and ship real work
• High agency, low ego and innately curious
• Comfortable operating strategically and hands-on

Responsibilities

• Own full-funnel growth from acquisition through monetization.
• Scale agent referral network and partnerships with independent agencies
• Develop and deploy AI-driven growth systems and automations
• Build dashboards and ROI measurement for founders
• Lead hiring and scaling growth function
