Job summary

Sola Technologies Inc. is hiring an Associate Account Manager to handle day-to-day service requests that keep our agents and policyholders happy, from updating mailing addresses to uploading claims documents into our portal.

You’ll learn how insurance works by doing it, work alongside the Account Management team and collaborate with claims and insurance teams, with a path toward owning accounts and relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree completed.
• 1–2 years in a high-volume sales or service role.
• Proven ability to hit daily/weekly targets and stay organized.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day service requests from agents and policyholders.
• Update addresses and upload claims documents in the portal.
• Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date account records and respond professionally by phone and email.
• Learn how policies, endorsements, and claims work through hands-on work.
• Support Account Managers and build toward owning relationships.
