Colonial Life & Accident Insurance Company in McKinney, TX is seeking an Agency Development Manager to recruit, onboard, and develop agency representatives to drive local growth. You will coach sales teams, support territory planning, and implement effective prospecting and enrollment strategies with employers.

Collaborating with internal partners, you will ensure compliance, deliver training on Colonial Life products, monitor performance metrics, and nurture relationships with business clients

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in sales leadership, agency or team management, and talent development within insurance, financial services, or a related field.
• Strong skills in business development, networking, and relationship management with local employers and community organizations.
• Ability to coach, train, and motivate sales professionals, including delivering group presentations and one-on-one performance support.
• Proficiency with basic office software, CRM tools, and virtual meeting platforms to manage pipelines, track results, and conduct remote coaching.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment and collaborate across teams.
• Organized and goal-oriented, with strong analytical skills for interpreting sales data, forecasting results, and adjusting strategies as needed.
