Orion180 is seeking a Territory Manager to expand our agency network across the states we serve, acting as the primary liaison between Orion180 and our agency partners—fueling success through strategic recruitment, onboarding, and relationship management.

This on-site role in Irving, TX involves travel up to 25% and collaboration with underwriting and customer service to ensure a positive experience for agents and policyholders, with opportunities for growth and impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of skills and experience.
• 5+ years of experience in P&C insurance, mortgage industry sales, or business development.
• Active P&C license or willingness to obtain within 60 days.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% and work after-hours when needed.

Responsibilities

• Support agency onboarding and integration with the onboarding team.
• Drive growth by promoting Orion180 products to independent agencies.
• Build and maintain high-impact relationships with decision-makers and staff.
• Communicate clearly and lead webinars, training sessions, and agency meetings.
• Provide underwriting guidance to partner agencies.
• Collaborate with Customer Service and Underwriting to resolve issues.
• Create and interpret Excel-based reports to track performance.
• Stay market-aware and inform strategy on competitor activity and regulations.
• Analyze territory results to drive continuous improvement.
