Job summary

Skai is seeking an Agency Partner to drive new agency accounts and grow existing agency partnerships, owning the GTM sales process and delivering strategic agency collaborations that extend beyond the initial sale.

You will report to the EVP Sales, AMER Independent Agency, and work in a hybrid environment with a strong emphasis on quota attainment and revenue growth. The role includes a base salary range of $130,000–$150,000 plus commissions and equity.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in AdTech, commerce media, or AI/data SaaS sales with quota-exceeding performance.
• Experience selling into independent agencies preferred.
• Ability to run a full discovery-led sales process and map stakeholders.
• Proven track record with independent agencies and Founder/C-level clients.
• Experience managing complex sales cycles across agency structures.

Responsibilities

• Outwork the competition and develop relationships internal and external.
• Own net new revenue, retention, and expansion across a defined book of independent agency accounts.
• Build and maintain a high-quality pipeline through disciplined discovery and multithreading across stakeholders.
• Lead the full sales cycle from discovery to negotiation, pricing, and close in partnership with the EVP.
• Bring a differentiated commercial point of view and develop account-level strategies for expansion.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure clean handoffs and long-term agency partnership health.
• Be the CEO of your desk by maintaining pipeline, account planning, revenue forecasting, and resource utilization.
• Drive a regional TAM and GTM strategy with EVP, SDR, and Marketing support.
• Develop budgets for client visits and industry events necessary for quota success.
• Know the AdTech, MarTech, and Independent Agency landscapes.
• Understand how independent agencies do business and profit.
