Job summary

Skai, a leading AI-driven martech platform, seeks an Agency Partner in San Francisco to penetrate and expand independent agency partnerships. You will own the GTM sales process, build executive-level relationships, and drive net-new revenue, retention, and expansion across a defined agency book.

You will report to the EVP Sales, AMER Independent Agency, and operate in a hybrid environment with in-office collaboration three days per week. A strong quota track record in AdTech or SaaS is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in AdTech, commerce media, or AI/data SaaS sales; track record of exceeding quota in complex environments.
• Experience selling into independent agencies strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to run a full discovery-led sales process mapping stakeholders and building consensus.
• Proven track record with independent agencies and Founder/CEO level clients.
• Running a consultative and complex sales cycle for agency organizations.
• Strategic and creative commercial thinking to diagnose growth constraints and create durable value.

Responsibilities

• Outwork the competition.
• Develop relationships internal and external.
• Own net new revenue, retention, and expansion across a defined book of independent agency accounts.
• Build and maintain a high-quality pipeline through disciplined discovery and multithreading across agency stakeholders.
• Lead the full sales cycle—from discovery through negotiation, pricing, and contract close.
• Provide a differentiated commercial point of view to each account and identify expansion opportunities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure clean handoffs and long-term agency partnership health.
• Be the CEO of your desk: manage pipeline, account planning, and revenue forecasting.
• Drive a regional TAM and GTM strategy with EVP, SDR and Marketing support.
