Zusammenfassung

Skai is seeking an Agency Partner to drive new agency accounts and grow existing relationships, owning the GTM sales process and developing strategic agency partnerships across a defined book.

You will report to the EVP Sales, AMER Independent Agency, lead the full sales cycle from discovery to close, and collaborate with Product, Legal, and Client Success to ensure durable value and long-term partnership health.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in AdTech, commerce media, or AI/data SaaS sales, with quota exceedance.
• Experience selling into independent agencies is strongly preferred.
• Ability to run a full discovery-led sales process across stakeholders.
• Proven track record with independent agencies and Founder/CEO level clients.
• Strategic and creative commercial thinking to create durable value.

• Outwork the competition and develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Own net new revenue, retention, and expansion across a defined book of independent agency accounts.
• Lead the full sales cycle — discovery through negotiation, pricing, and contract close.
• Develop account-level strategies that create expansion opportunities beyond the initial sale.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure clean handoffs and long-term agency partnership health.
