Skai, a leading digital marketing software company, is hiring an Agency Partner in Los Angeles. You will own the GTM sales process, grow independent agency partnerships, and drive revenue across a defined agency book.

You will manage the full sales cycle, collaborate cross-functionally, and help shape product and GTM strategy while working in a hybrid model with a three-days-in-office expectation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in AdTech, commerce media, or AI/data SaaS sales with a track record of quota attainment.
• Experience selling into independent agencies is strongly preferred.
• Ability to run a full discovery-led, multi-stakeholder sales process.
• Proven success selling to Founder/CEO level clients.

Responsabilités

• Own net new revenue and expansion across a defined agency account book.
• Lead full sales cycle from discovery to contract close in partnership with leadership.
• Build and maintain a high-quality pipeline with verified buyer intent.
• Develop regional GTM plans and budgets for client visits and events.
• Collaborate with Industry leads, Client Success, Product and Legal for clean handoffs and account health.
