Job summary

Skai is seeking an Agency Partner to generate and grow independent agency accounts, owning the GTM sales process and building strategic agency partnerships. You will report to the EVP Sales, AMER Independent Agency, and drive a full discovery-led sales cycle with a cross-functional team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in AdTech, commerce media, or AI/data SaaS sales with quota achievement.
• Experience selling into independent agencies preferred.
• Ability to run a full discovery-led sales process with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own net new revenue, retention and expansion across agency accounts.
• Manage full sales cycle: discovery, negotiation, pricing, close.
• Develop long-term agency partnerships to create expansion opportunities.
• Collaborate with Industry leads, Client Success, Product, Legal and EVP.
