Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership
• 2–8 years of legal experience
• Strong contract negotiation and advisory skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts
• Advise internal stakeholders on legal risk and strategy
• Support M&A transactions, due diligence processes, and corporate governance matters
• Manage and develop outside counsel relationships
• Build and maintain scalable legal processes, templates, and playbooks
• Monitor applicable laws and regulations and advise the business on compliance obligations
• Assist with board and investor matters, including preparing materials and maintaining corporate records
• Handle pre-litigation disputes and support litigation management
