Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active license to practice law.
• 3–5 years of transactional/contracting experience.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across teams.
• Strong organizational skills and proactive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate, document, and manage high-volume contracts (MLAs, NDAs, guarantees).
• Develop and own contracting playbooks to enable scalable growth.
• Partner with counterparty counsel and cross-functional teams to finalize deal terms.
• Support General Counsel across litigation, regulatory, and other matters as needed.
