Qualifications

• Experience in service department operations

Responsibilities

• Assist the Service Manager with reports and records.
• Answer customer inquiries and generate repair quotes.
• Prepare and manage work orders for technicians.
• Maintain service department files and update service library.
• Update customer profiles and machine information from work orders.
• Maintain service accessories and supplies, and place replacement orders.
