BigIron is hiring a full-time Equipment Sales Representative to support customers in the agriculture industry by selling BigIron’s online auction services. This role covers an assigned local territory with a base salary plus commission opportunities and sales support.

You will work with farmers, ranchers, landowners, equipment dealers, and ag businesses. The position is field-based with daily local travel and a home-based office when not meeting customers.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in sales or business development experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage a schedule across a territory.
• Comfortable in a performance-driven sales environment.
• Willingness to travel 75%.

Aufgaben

• Develop and maintain relationships with farmers, ranchers, landowners, equipment dealers, and local ag businesses.
• Prospect for new business via visits, referrals, networking, and calls.
• Meet customers on farms, at shops, and throughout your territory.
• Evaluate equipment and discuss auction timing, pricing strategy, and selling options.
• Secure consignment agreements for upcoming auctions.
• Coordinate with marketing, listing, and operations teams to prepare equipment for sale.
• Support customers through the auction process and post-sale service.
• Manage and grow revenue within your territory.
