Job summary

Community Minded Bank in Illinois is seeking an Agricultural Commercial Lender to grow and manage a mixed portfolio of agricultural and commercial loans.

Responsibilities include building relationships with ag producers and businesses, structuring and underwriting operating, equipment, livestock and farm real estate loans, and cross selling deposits and treasury services. Local market knowledge is strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of ag/commercial lending experience.
• Strong analysis of farm financials, cash flow and collateral.
• Ag background and local market relationships preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with ag producers and commercial businesses.
• Structure, underwrite and present ag loans, plus C&I, CRE and equipment loans.
• Manage a mixed portfolio with annual reviews, site visits and risk ratings.
• Cross-sell deposits, treasury management and other bank services.
