Job summary

You will engage farmers and agribusinesses, conduct field visits, analyze financials, and structure loan solutions including operating lines, equipment financing, and real estate loans. Strong credit judgment and community focus are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years in agricultural lending or related financial services.
• Strong understanding of rural economies and commodity markets.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high-quality agricultural loan portfolio and pursue growth opportunities.
• Conduct farm visits to assess collateral and client risk.
• Prepare loan proposals and present to loan committee.
• Support underwriting and servicing of consumer, residential real estate, and commercial loans.
• Educate clients on loan products and financial planning.
• Collaborate with staff to ensure audit-ready documentation.
