Job summary

KinderCare Education is hiring a Teacher to lead and mentor in our early childhood classrooms. You will implement our curriculum in a way that meets the unique needs of each child and create a safe, nurturing environment where kids can learn and grow.

You will partner with parents to support development and learning, and collaborate with center staff to drive enrollment, accreditation and engagement. Strong communication and a passion for early education are essential.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills and the ability to multi-task effectively.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple child activities and tasks.
• English communication with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor teachers in the classroom and model best practices.
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum consistent with each child’s needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can learn through play.
• Partner with parents to support children’s development and learning.
• Support center success by working with staff to meet enrollment and engagement goals.
• Build positive relationships with families, licensing authorities and community partners.
