Job summary

Arc Experience is seeking an Assistant Site Coordinator for TL Waggoner Elementary School in Imperial, CA. This part-time, non-exempt role involves assisting the Site Coordinator, ensuring student safety, and coordinating enrichment activities before and after school.

You will develop lesson plans, track attendance, ensure grant compliance, and lead clubs. Strong communication and bilingual English/Spanish are advantageous.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in after-school programs or youth recreation.
• Good communicator with kids and parents.
• Submit college transcripts showing 48+ credits or pass proficiency exam.
• Must pass TB test and Live Scan background check.
• English–Spanish bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Site Coordinator as second point of contact for parents and administrators.
• Oversee safety and well-being of students during after-school activities.
• Establish rules to promote positive behavior and manage activities.
• Organize indoor/outdoor enrichment, sign-up and attendance tracking.
• Develop and lead clubs and activities (e.g., career readiness, cooking, arts).
