Job summary

Old Colony YMCA's Plymouth Branch is seeking a West Elementary School Age Site Coordinator to oversee the School Age Licensed Program, plan activities, ensure child safety, and supervise staff.

This role involves billing and timely payments, enforcing the employee code of conduct, and promoting Y values of caring, responsibility, honesty, and respect while coordinating with the Site Director and attending regular meetings.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 20 years.
• B.S or B.A with 9 months experience with school age children, or HS diploma with 1 year school-age experience.
• CPR/AED and first aid certifications required.
• Evidence of physical examination within last 12 months.
• Negative Mantoux TB test and immunity to measles, mumps, and rubella.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement activities ensuring safety, entertainment, physical challenges, and learning experiences.
• Supervise programming of the School Age Licensed Program.
• Handle all billing and timely collection of payments.
• Uphold employee code of conduct and reflect Y mission in duties.
• Attend regular staff meetings and coordinate with Site Director.
