Old Colony YMCA is seeking a Site Coordinator to lead the School Age program with energy and care. You’ll supervise staff, build strong relationships with children and families, and ensure safety and compliance with YMCA policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 20 years of age.
• B.S. or B.A. with 9 months experience with school age children, or High School diploma or equivalent plus 1 year working with school age.
• CPR/AED and First Aid certifications required.
• Evidence of physical examination within last 12 months.
• Negative Mantoux TB test and immunity for measles, mumps, and rubella.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day activities of the School Age program and supervise staff.
• Support Assistant leaders and Group Leaders; foster a positive team environment.
• Maintain relationships with children and families and promote enrollment.
• Ensure program safety, compliance with YMCA policies and EEC regulations.
• Complete and maintain required documentation; coordinate with School Age Director.
• Represent YMCA in public interactions and assist with administrative tasks.

Education

B.S. or B.A. with 9 months experience with school age children

High School diploma or equivalent plus 1 year working with school age
