Olparks is seeking a FLASH Site Coordinator to oversee daily operations at their assigned school site. The individual will ensure safety and engagement of children ages 5-13 in the Before & After School Program.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Experience in supervisory position preferred.
• Quick thinking skills and patience when needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations at the assigned FLASH site.
• Ensure safety of participants at all times.
• Train and evaluate FLASH Leaders in their roles.
• Communicate effectively with parents and staff.

Skills

Experience in working with children ages 5-13

Excellent communication skills

Ability to supervise effectively

Creativity in delivering recreation activities
