Job summary

Think Together in Palm Springs, California, is hiring an Assistant Site Coordinator for a full-time role. The position supports the Site Coordinator to provide high-quality Expanded Learning programming and ensures compliance with grant requirements, reporting, and safety standards at the site.

As a site leader, you will supervise staff, help plan schedules and events, recruit students, monitor attendance, and maintain positive relationships with students, families, and school partners.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Six months youth program/afterschool experience required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience supervising staff in afterschool or school setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and/or assist in managing day-to-day operations of the expanded learning program.
• Supervise program staff, including interviews and hiring recommendations.
• Provide training and ongoing support to all program staff.
• Build positive relationships with students, families, and school staff.
• Ensure compliance with Think Together policies and grant requirements.
