Job summary

Think Together is seeking an Assistant Site Coordinator in Murrieta, CA, for a full-time role paying $22.00/hour. You will work closely with the Site Coordinator to deliver high-quality Expanded Learning programming and ensure program compliance with grant requirements.

You will lead day-to-day operations, supervise staff, participate in interviews and training, plan activities and field trips, and maintain positive relationships with students, families and school personnel while upholding Think

Qualifications

• Six months experience working with youth in a classroom or afterschool setting.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Experience in a supervisory role, preferably in an afterschool program or school setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and/or assist in managing day-to-day operations of the expanded learning program.
• Supervise program staff and assist with hiring decisions.
• Provide training and ongoing support to staff.
• Ensure safety and compliance with Think Together policies.
