Qualifications

• Must be at least 17 years old and have experience with elementary age children.
• Willing to fulfill counselor’s responsibilities in accordance with YMCA’s philosophy.
• Must obtain CPR, First Aid, AED certifications within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and interact with children in the afterschool program.
• Plan and implement daily activities under the Site Director's guidance.
• Maintain safety and positive relationships with participants and parents.
