Job summary

Arc Experience operates after-school programs across Southern California, including Los Angeles. The Site Coordinator will lead a team to deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities that support academic, social, and emotional growth.

You’ll supervise staff, collaborate with school administration, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance while managing program resources and relationships with families and districts.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in after-school programming operations.
• 1+ years’ experience managing a team.
• Strong communication with kids, parents, school admin and teachers.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Docs.
• TB test and Live Scan background check required.
• CPR and first aid training within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee daily afterschool programs and activities.
• Recruit, train, and manage staff.
• Serve as primary contact for school administration.
• Develop staff schedules and conduct evaluations.
• Ensure safety, inclusivity, and compliance.
• Coordinate transportation and meals as needed.
• Oversee program setup and budget management.
