Responsibilities

• Assist the Site Coordinator as the second point of contact for parents and administrators
• Oversee safety and well-being of students during after-school activities
• Establish and enforce rules to promote positive behavior
• Coordinate and lead indoor and outdoor enrichment activities
• Attend trainings to stay updated on childcare, safety, and program management
• Address challenging behavior with supervisor/parents when necessary
• Facilitate sign-up procedures to ensure accurate attendance
• Create unique clubs (e.g., career readiness, cooking, anime, dance)
• Organize activities including homework help, games, crafts, and educational projects
