Job summary

Right At School is seeking a Program Manager to lead after-school programs in Suwanee, GA. You will supervise staff, ensure safety and curriculum delivery, and maintain licensing and attendance records after the school day.

This role supports families by providing engaging, safe experiences and clear communication with families and partners. Schedule is Monday through Friday, afternoon shift 2:45 PM to 6:00 PM, up to 16.25 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Experience balancing competing priorities while delivering quality service to stakeholders.
• High school diploma or GED completed.
• Experience working with children and knowledge of special needs.

Responsibilities

• Safety & Joy: model staff leadership, maintain safety standards, update licensing documents, supervise attendance protocols and behavior policies.
• Safety Assurance: support and report on safety protocols for participant well-being.
• Effective Communication: engage with families and partners, respond to inquiries during program hours, coordinate with Area Manager.
• Documentation and Compliance: maintain records for student check-ins/check-outs and name-to-face procedures.
• Daily Routine: plan daily activities, fitness, and curriculum to provide a safe, engaging environment.
