Right At School is seeking a Program Manager in New Jersey to oversee after-school programs, ensuring safety, joy, and quality service. You will support families, staff, and partners while aligning with licensing standards and program goals.

The role is part-time (up to 21.25 hours/week) with afternoon shifts 1:45 PM–6:00 PM, Monday through Friday, and pay ranges $20–$25 per hour based on education and experience.

Qualifications

• Experience balancing competing priorities and delivering quality service.
• High school diploma or GED completed.
• Experience with children; knowledge of unique needs.
• Coursework or training in child development or related field.

Responsibilities

• Safety & Joy: model safety/joy, update procedures and policies.
• Safety Assurance: support and report on safety protocols.
• Effective Communication: engage with families, clients, staff and children.
• Documentation and Compliance: maintain attendance and check-in records.
• Daily Routine: implement activities, fitness, and curriculum.
