Qualifications

• Experience juggling competing priorities and delivering quality service to stakeholders.

• Ability to model professional standards with students, parents, staff and community.
• Familiarity with Google technology software or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Drive the mission with safety and joy, ensuring staff meet safety norms and licensing standards.
• Support and report on safety protocols to protect participants.
• Engage families, clients, peers and children to foster clear communication and relationships.
• Maintain records for student check-ins/check-outs and Attendance procedures.
• Implement daily activities, fitness, and curriculum, ensuring a safe engaging environment.
