Job summary

APEC Family Foundation Fund, Inc. is seeking an experienced Program Coordinator to support afterschool sites, implement activities, and ensure a safe, engaging learning environment for students.

The role oversees daily site operations, coordinates staff and enrollments, and ensures compliance with grant requirements and program standards. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 10:30 a.m.–6:30 p.m., with some Saturdays; a High School Diploma and CPR certification are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check and any required training.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred or required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of assigned afterschool site.
• Plan and implement engaging academic and youth development activities.
• Monitor enrollment, attendance, and program quality.
• Ensure compliance with grant requirements and policies.
• Manage site inventory, purchasing, and documentation.
• Coordinate events and family engagement.
• Lead and supervise program staff and volunteers.
