Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking an Afterschool Lead Coach to support Site Coordinator in running a safe, organized, and engaging program for students aged 5-17. You will help manage attendance, train Coaches, and plan events and field trips, stepping in when the Site Coordinator is unavailable.

You will contribute to a positive, structured learning environment, align activities with program goals and monthly themes, and help maintain a 20:1 student-to-coach ratio while supporting youth development.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children ages 5-17 is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Graduate or majoring in education, child development, physical education, recreation or related field desired.

Responsibilities

• Step in for Site Coordinator when they are off site or absent.
• Assist in the collection and documentation of attendance.
• Assist Site Coordinator with parent meetings/workshops and program events.
• Devise engaging and educational activities for participants.
• Create and implement program activities aligned with goals and monthly themes.
• Maintain daily student attendance records and develop lesson plans.
