Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience with school-age children.
• Ability to obtain DYCD and DOE clearances.
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations of the COMPASS program.
• Supervise group leaders and activity specialists.
• Monitor participant engagement and behavior.
