Job summary

YM&YWHA of Washington Heights & Inwood is hiring an Assistant Program Director for their DYCD School-Based Programs. This full-time position involves overseeing the Afterschool Program and ensuring compliance with funders. Candidates should have supervisory experience, experience in youth programs, and preferably be bilingual in Spanish.

The role offers competitive compensation between $50,000 - $60,000 along with generous benefits including Health Insurance and PTO. This position is onsite in New York City.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of supervisory experience.
• Two years' experience working with youth in school-age programs.
• Must meet all School-Age Child Care (SACC) site supervisor qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the overall administration of the Afterschool Program.
• Supervise senior staff members with special projects.
• Produce regular reports to support the Program Director.
