• Two years of college with 18 credits in Child Development or related field.
• Four years of supervision experience in afterschool programs or youth services.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the COMPASS program and ensure it meets standards and funding guidelines.
• Plan and organize a structured afterschool program by age group.
• Supervise staff and maintain communication with schools, participants and partners.
• Develop and monitor program budgets and support hiring and staff evaluation.
• Ensure safety, health guidelines and licensing compliance for the program.
