Job summary
CNH Industrial is seeking a Manager of Aftersales Precision to lead technical sales support for precision technology and help dealers maximize profitability in the Central territory. You will collaborate with Aftersales Parts Managers and Inside Sales Representatives to grow market share and revenue.
This role covers a Central territory with potential residence in Southeast Iowa, Illinois, or Northeast Missouri, and focuses on training dealers, analyzing market data, and coordinating parts
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline with 3 years of relevant experience or High School Diploma with 8 years of relevant experience required.
- Proven experience with Precision Technology within the Agriculture industry
- Strong ability to analyze data, solve problems, and make recommendations.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to work across departments and influence customers.
Responsibilities
- Provide dealer needs assessment for precision aftermarket sales and develop action plans.
- Influence dealers to embrace precision aftermarket programs and strategies.
- Provide dealers with technical and product knowledge support for precision aftersales.
- Conduct local precision sales training for dealers to advance product use and drive sales.
