Job summary

CNH Industrial is seeking a Precision Agriculture Trainer to provide regional targeted training on precision farming solutions across dealer networks and internal CNH teams. The role requires travel up to 50% and involves both onsite and virtual sessions to develop capable dealership personnel and field staff.

You will collaborate with Field Representatives, Technical Support, Training Development, Product Management and Engineering to align training with product readiness and certification

Qualifications

• Bachelors with 6+ years of experience in precision technology.
• In lieu of Bachelor’s degree, an Associate’s with 8+ years of experience will be considered.
• 1+ years direct experience teaching/training preferred.
• Travel approximately 50% to off-site locations to present training courses.

Responsibilities

• Develop, prepare, and deliver precision agriculture training for dealer technicians, precision specialists, dealership personnel, internal CNH employees, field teams, and other audiences.
• Conduct tailored onsite and virtual dealer training based on regional needs, certifications, product launches, and support trends.
• Lead hands-on training covering installation, calibration, configuration, operation, diagnostics, and basic repair of CNH precision farming systems.
