Job summary
CNH Industrial is seeking a Construction Equipment Precision Field Specialist to manage an assigned territory for sales and distribution of Precision Construction solutions and telematics products. The Specialist will partner with CASE Construction and CNH Parts & Service brands, develop a territory business plan, and meet annual sales targets.
Travel up to 70% is required; a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Management or 3+ years in related field is expected.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Management or 3+ years in related field if no degree.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in precision technology sales, support, or development.
- Ability to travel up to 70% for customer engagements and dealer support.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Commercial Brands to target dealers with high potential and develop territory plans.
- Promote brand awareness by supporting dealer events and trade shows for Precision Construction.
- Assist dealers in expanding customer base through sales of Precision Construction products.
- Ensure dealer product certification and training delivery to staff.
- Meet annual sales targets for Precision Construction options and aftermarket within territory.
- Provide product expert support during demos and customer engagements.
