Job summary

Expleo USA in Troy, MI seeks an Aftersales 12V Technical Analyst & Data Specialist to lead 12V battery diagnostics, testing procedures, and field issue investigations. You will create dashboards and KPIs from dealer data, warranty claims, and telematics to drive data-driven decisions.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Warranty, and Service teams to implement corrective actions, optimize testing procedures, and improve diagnostic tools, while guiding cross-functional task forces and

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a technical field related to automotive electronics or data analytics.
5+ years in automotive diagnostics, analytics, or afersales operations.
Experience with Palantir Foundry or similar BI platforms.
Ability to translate data into actionable business insights.

Responsibilities

Serve as SME for 12V battery diagnostics and field concerns.
Lead investigations into failures, no-starts, and charging performance.
Develop dashboards and KPI reporting for battery tester data and warranty insights.
Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Warranty, and Service teams to drive root-cause actions.
Lead cross-functional task forces to resolve field issues.
Present technical findings to executives and leadership.
