Expleo Group USA in Troy, MI is seeking an Aftersales 12V Technical & Data Specialist to join a dynamic, growing team. The role centers on diagnostic SME work for 12V battery systems and data-driven service improvements.

You will lead cross-functional efforts, develop dashboards with KPI reporting, and leverage Palantir Foundry and AI-enabled analytics to enhance field issue detection and decision making. Collaboration with engineering and warranty teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in automotive diagnostics, electrical systems, or aftersales analytics.
• Experience with Palantir Foundry or similar data platforms is preferred.
• Strong ability to develop executive dashboards and BI reporting solutions.
• Knowledge of warranty processes and dealer operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Aftersales SME for 12V battery diagnostics, testing procedures, and field concerns.
• Lead cross-functional investigations and drive corrective actions for field issues.
• Develop dashboards, scorecards, and KPI reporting to monitor battery and service metrics.
• Analyze dealer data, warranty claims, telematics, and service orders to identify trends and actions.
• Create executive-level insights and recommendations for leadership.
• Lead a cross-functional 12V Aftersales Task Force and coordinate technical reviews.
